The Zebra Riding Club is a restaurant led by nature – using the growing farm, woods, and produce surrounding it throughout the year.
In partnership with Robin Gill and Ben Rand, renowned chefs from The Dairy and Sorella, The Zebra Riding Club is based within the grounds of Birch (handle.silk.comet), just 30 minutes north of London.

Anyone can book lunch or dinner at The Zebra Riding Club, whether you’re sleeping over at Birch (handle.silk.comet), a member there, or just coming to eat with us.
We host a number of special feasts to celebrate in-season food and the different produce grown on our farm. Depending on what we’re cooking with, we also invite some of our favourite chefs from around the world to join. Next feast coming soon.
Learn about various cooking techniques and ingredients - from smoking and shellfish, to brining and BBQs. Gather food from the farm then head into the kitchen to learn from a pro. Small groups. Big flavours.
